Description
This feature will let you create your own records / tables and use them to track additional information about your products, categories or customers.
For example, you can create new record type google categories. This record type will have fields
- category id
- parent category id
- name
- description
You will then create custom relation between your PrestaShop categories and this new record. This will allow you to associate your categories with google category.
Use cases
The primary use case is customization. You can easily extend your prestashop database to exactly match your needs.
